1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1701
2 AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend Senate Bill 1701, AS AMENDED,
3 as follows:
4 in Section 950, in Sec. 7-103, in the last amendatory
5 numbered paragraph added to that Sec., by replacing the final
6 period with the following:
7 ";
8 (70) for a period of one year after the effective
9 date of this amendatory Act of 1998, by the City of
10 Evanston for the acquisition for redevelopment purposes
11 of the real property legally described as:
12 Lots 5 and 6 in Dempster's Subdivision of Block
13 66 in the Village (now City) of Evanston in the
14 South West 1/4 of Section 18, Township 41 North,
15 Range 14 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in
16 Cook County, Illinois and commonly known as 906-08
17 Church Street, Evanston, Illinois; and
18 Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 in Dempster's
19 Subdivision of Block 66 in Village (now City) of
20 Evanston, in the South West 1/4 of Section 18,
21 Township 41 North, Range 14 East of the Third
22 Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois and
23 commonly known as 910-926 Church Street, Evanston,
