Amend Senate Bill 1680 as follows: 3 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the 4 following: 5 "Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by 6 changing Section 7-103.53 and by adding Sections 7-103.97, 7 7-103.98, 7-103.99, 7-103.100, 7-103.101, 7-103.102, 8 7-103.103, 7-103.104, 7-103.105, and 7-103.106 as follows: 9 (735 ILCS 5/7-103.53) 10 Sec. 7-103.53.
