1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1658
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1658 on page 5 by
3 inserting immediately below line 16 the following:
4 "(10) If a pooling agreement requires a member to
5 submit written notice in order for the member to withdraw
6 from a qualified pool, then the period in which the
7 member must provide the written notice cannot be greater
8 than 90 days.".
