Amend Senate Bill 2214, AS AMENDED, 3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment 4 No. 1, on page 7, by inserting the following after line 31: 5 "Section 1-35. Upon the payment of the sum of $3,000.00 6 to the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set 7 forth in Section 1-900 of this Act, the Secretary of the 8 Department of Transportation is authorized to convey by 9 quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest in and to the 10 following described land in Morgan County, Illinois, to 11 George H.
