1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3247
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3247, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1 on page 22, by inserting the following before line 28:
5 "Section 95. Upon the payment of the sum of $29,600.00 to
6 the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set
7 forth in Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the
8 Department of Transportation is authorized to convey by
9 quitclaim deed all right, title and interest in and to the
10 following described land in Cook County, Illinois, to Arbor
11 Club L.L.C., an Illinois Limited Liability Company.

13 THAT PART OF LOT 36 IN TALBOT'S MILL, BEING A SUBDIVISION
14 OF PART OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SECTION 31 AND PART OF THE

16 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE

14 It is understood and agreed that there is no existing right
15 of access nor will access be permitted in the future by the
16 State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, from or over
17 the premises above described to and from FAI Route 290,
18 previously declared a freeway.
19 Section 100. Upon the payment of the sum of $2,600.00 to
20 the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set
21 forth in Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the
22 Department of Transportation is authorized to convey by
23 quitclaim deed all right, title and interest in and to the
24 following described land in Fulton County, Illinois, to
25 Leonard Barnard.

27 A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 7
28 North, Range 4 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian,
29 Fulton County, State of Illinois, described in detail as
30 follows:
31 Commencing at the intersection of the east line of the
32 Northeast Quarter of said Section 3 and the centerline of
33 SBI Route 78 (IL Route 78) at Station 321+19.00; thence

1 southwesterly along said centerline 2,086.82 feet on a
2 curve to the left with a radius of 3,305.52 feet and a
3 long chord bearing South 33 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds
4 West, 2,052.34 feet to a point on said centerline Station
5 342+05.82; thence North 74 degrees 47 minutes 41 seconds
6 West, 80.00 feet to a point on the proposed right of way
7 line, said point being 80.00 feet radially distant
8 westerly of said centerline and the Point of Beginning.
9 From the Point of Beginning thence North 1 degree 18
10 minutes 26 seconds West, 368.87 feet to a point 202.70
11 feet radially distant northwesterly of said centerline;

21 along the proposed right of way line.)

23 more or less, or 0.376 acre, more or less.

25 Upon the payment of the sum specified above ($2,600.00)
26 to the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set
27 forth in Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway
28 purposes acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is
29 also released over and through the following described land
30 in Fulton County, Illinois:

32 A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 7
33 North, Range 4 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian,
34 Fulton County, State of Illinois, described in detail as
