Amend House Bill 1694 on page 1, by 3 inserting after line 20 the following: 4 "(c) Nothing in this Section prohibits a municipality 5 with a population of more than 500,000 from using 9-1-1 6 information, including information described in subsection 7 (a), for the purpose of responding to calls made to a 8 non-emergency telephone system that is under the supervision 9 and control of a public safety agency and that shares all or 10 some facilities with an emergency telephone system."; and 11 on page 1, in line 21 by replacing "(c)" with "(d)"; and 12 on page 1, in line 25 by replacing "(d)" with "(e)".
