2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1694 on page 1,
3 line 14, after "calls.", by inserting "For the purposes of
4 this subsection (a), "emergency" means a situation in which
5 property or human life is in jeopardy and the prompt
6 notification of the public safety agency is essential.".
