2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 604, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 2, by replacing line 8 with the following:
5 "(b) consider local, county, and regional land use
6 plans"; and
7 on page 2, before line 13, by inserting the following:
8 "Section 90. Repealer. This Act is repealed on January
9 1, 2007.".
