The following named amounts, or so much 5 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects 6 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the 7 General Revenue Fund for the ordinary and contingent expenses 8 of the Bureau of the Budget in the Executive Office of the 9 Governor: 10 GENERAL OFFICE 11 For Personal Services .......................... $ 2,190,600 12 For Employee Retirement Contributions 13 Paid by Employer ............................. 91,100 14 For State Contributions to the State 15 Employees' Retirement System ................ 221,100 16 For State Contributions to 17 Social Security .............................. 174,200 18 For Contractual Services ....................... 47,000 19 For Travel ..................................... 20,800 20 For Commodities ................................ 5,900 21 For Printing ................................... 33,600 22 For Equipment .................................. 8,500 23 For Electronic Data Processing ................. 60,000 -2- SRA91SB0618MJcpam02 1 For Telecommunications Services ................ 40,000 2 Total $2,852,800 3 Section 2. The amount of $600,000, or so much thereof as 4 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital 5 Development Fund to the Bureau of the Budget for ordinary and 6 contingent expenses associated with the sale and 7 administration of General Obligation bonds. 8 Section 3. The amount of $350,000, or so much thereof as 9 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois 10 Bond Fund to the Bureau of the Budget for ordinary and 11 contingent expenses associated with the sale and 12 administration of Build Illinois bonds. 13 Section 4. The amount of $240,000,000, or so much 14 thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build 15 Illinois Bond Retirement and Interest Fund to the Bureau of 16 the Budget for the purpose of making payments to the Trustee 17 under the Master Indenture as defined by and pursuant to the 18 Build Illinois Bond Act. 19 Section 5. No contract shall be entered into or 20 obligation incurred for any expenditures from the 21 appropriations made in Sections 2, 3, and 4 until after the 22 purposes and amounts have been approved in writing by the 23 Governor. 24 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 25 1, 1999.".
