91_SB0618 BOB-BOB2000 1 AN ACT making appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much 5 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects 6 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the 7 General Revenue Fund for the ordinary and contingent expenses 8 of the Bureau of the Budget in the Executive Office of the 9 Governor: 10 GENERAL OFFICE 11 For Personal Services .......................... $ 2,276,600 12 For Employee Retirement Contributions 13 Paid by Employer ............................. 91,100 14 For State Contributions to the State 15 Employees' Retirement System ................ 221,100 16 For State Contributions to 17 Social Security .............................. 174,200 18 For Contractual Services ....................... 47,000 19 For Travel ..................................... 22,500 20 For Commodities ................................ 5,900 21 For Printing ................................... 34,800 22 For Equipment .................................. 8,500 23 For Electronic Data Processing ................. 60,000 24 For Telecommunications Services ................ 40,000 25 Total $2,981,700 26 Section 2. The amount of $600,000, or so much thereof as 27 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital 28 Development Fund to the Bureau of the Budget for ordinary and 29 contingent expenses associated with the sale and 30 administration of General Obligation bonds. -2- BOB-BOB2000 1 Section 3. The amount of $350,000, or so much thereof as 2 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois 3 Bond Fund to the Bureau of the Budget for ordinary and 4 contingent expenses associated with the sale and 5 administration of Build Illinois bonds. 6 Section 4. The amount of $240,000,000, or so much 7 thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build 8 Illinois Bond Retirement and Interest Fund to the Bureau of 9 the Budget for the purpose of making payments to the Trustee 10 under the Master Indenture as defined by and pursuant to the 11 Build Illinois Bond Act. 12 Section 5. No contract shall be entered into or 13 obligation incurred for any expenditures from the 14 appropriations made in Sections 2, 3, and 4 until after the 15 purposes and amounts have been approved in writing by the 16 Governor. 17 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 18 July 1, 1999.
