 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill  13,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of Senate
 4    Amendment No. 1, on page 9, line 15, by  inserting  "Schedule
 5    II" after "Sec. 316."; and

 6    on page 9, line 17, by inserting "Schedule II" after "a"; and

 7    on page 9, line 20, by inserting "Schedule II" after "a"; and

 8    on  page  9, line 27, by inserting "Schedule II" after "the";
 9    and

10    on page 9, by deleting line 30; and

11    on page 9, line 31, by changing "(G)" to "(F)"; and

12    on page 9, line 33, by changing "(H)" to "(G)"; and

13    on page 10, line 4, by inserting "Schedule II" after "a"; and

14    on page 10, line 29, by inserting "Schedule  II"  after  "a";
15    and

16    on  page  10,  line 31, by inserting "Schedule II" after "a";
17    and

18    on page 10, by deleting line 33; and

 1    on page 11, line 1, by changing "(G)" to "(F)"; and

 2    on page 11, line 3, by changing "(H)" to "(G)"; and

 3    on page 11, by replacing lines 8 through 10 with  "Regulation
 4    must  provide  the  Department  with electronic access to the
 5    license  information  of  a  prescriber  or  dispenser.   The
 6    Department of Professional Regulation may charge  a  fee  for
 7    this  access  not to exceed the actual cost of furnishing the
 8    information."; and

 9    on page 11, line 22, by replacing "for"  with  "may  charge";
10    and

11    on  page  12,  line 26, by inserting "Schedule II" after "a";
12    and

13    on page 13, line 12, by inserting "Schedule  II"  after  "a";

23    on  page  14,  line  21,  by  inserting  after the period the
24    following:
25    "The  Advisory  Committee   consists   of   prescribers   and
26    dispensers.".
