 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 452

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  452  on  page  47,
 3    line 19, by replacing "." with the following:
 4        ";
 5             (76) for a period of 2 years following the effective
 6        date of this amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly,
 7        by  the  Village  of  Lincolnshire,  for  the  purpose of
 8        redevelopment  within  the   downtown   area,   for   the
 9        acquisition   of   property   within  that  area  legally
10        described as follows:
11             THAT PART OF SECTIONS 15 AND 22, TOWNSHIP 43  NORTH,
12        RANGE  11  EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN DESCRIBED
13        AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE  INTERSECTION  OF  THE  EAST
14        LINE OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN DOCUMENT NUMBER 2297085
15        AND   THE   NORTHERLY  LINE  OF  HALF  DAY  ROAD;  THENCE
16        NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID HALF  DAY

19        right-of-way to complete the improvement of  the  various
20        intersections  and  roadways  involved  in the project to
21        improve County Highway 70 (Hawley Street), County Highway
22        26 (Gilmer Road), and County Highway 62  (Fremont  Center
23        Road) at and near Illinois Route 176.".
