1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1610
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1610 on page 1,
3 lines 2 and 6, by replacing "and 10-20.14b" each time it
4 appears with "10-20.14b, and 10-22.8"; and
5 on page 9, by inserting below line 5 the following:
6 "(105 ILCS 5/10-22.8) (from Ch. 122, par. 10-22.8)
7 Sec. 10-22.8. Sale of personal property.
8 To sell at public or private sale any personal property
9 belonging to the school district, and either not needed for
10 school purposes or available through an arrangement under
11 which such personal property may be leased by the district
12 from the purchaser.
