The School Code is amended by changing Section 6 10-20.14b as follows: 7 (105 ILCS 5/10-20.14b) (from Ch. 122, par. 10-20.14b) 8 Sec. 10-20.14b.Advisory committee;Medications policy. 9To establish and maintain a parent-teacher advisory committee10for the 1990-91 school yearTo developwith the school board,11 a policyguidelinesfor administration of medications in 12 schools, to furnish a copy of the policy to the parents or 13 guardians of each pupil within 15 days after the beginning of 14the 1991-92 school year andeach school yearthereafter, or 15 within 15 days after starting classes for a pupil who 16 transfers into the districtduring the 1991-92 school year17and each school year thereafter, and to require that each 18 school informs its pupils of the contents of its policy. 19 (Source: P.A. 86-1441.) 20 Section 99.
