1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3806
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3806 on page 21,
3 line 5, by replacing "No" with "(a) Except as provided in
4 subsection (b), no"; and
5 on page 21, by inserting below line 9 the following:
6 "(b) The ban against fundraising functions in Sangamon
7 County under subsection (a) applies only during April and May
8 to members of the General Assembly whose districts are
9 located, in whole or in part, within Sangamon County or
10 candidates for the General Assembly from districts located,
11 in whole or in part, within Sangamon County.".
