1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3806
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3806 on page 21,
3 line 12 by replacing "the mandatory" with "the"; and
4 on page 21, line 14, by replacing "Article" with "Article. A
5 political committee that accepts contributions or makes
6 expenditures of $10,000 or more in the aggregate during any
7 12-month period shall electronically file the contribution
8 and expenditure reports required under this Article. Any
9 other political committees may electronically file those
10 reports".
