CIV PRO-QUICK TAKE-DOLTON                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Code of Civil Procedure.  Authorizes  the  Village  of      
   Dolton  to  acquire certain property using "quick-take" eminent domain      
   proceedings, for the purposes of  flood  control,  traffic  flow,  and      
   redevelopment of blighted property.  Effective immediately.
