 1        AN ACT in relation to civil procedure.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Code  of  Civil Procedure is amended by
 5    adding  Sections   7-103.139,   7-103.140,   7-103.141,   and
 6    7-103.142 as follows:

 7        (735 ILCS 5/7-103.139 new)
 8        Sec.  7-103.139.  Quick-take;  Village  of  Dolton; flood
 9    control  and  traffic  flow.  Quick-take  proceedings   under
10    Section  7-103  may be used for a period of 2 years after the
11    effective date of this amendatory Act  of  the  91st  General
12    Assembly  by the Village of Dolton for the acquisition of the
13    following described property necessary  for  the  purpose  of
14    flood  control  and traffic flow in an area in the Village of
15    Dolton, bounded by 149th Street on the north, Sibley  on  the
16    south,  Woodlawn  on  the  east,  and Greenwood Avenue on the
17    west:
18        All of Lot 7 and the North 409.50 feet of the South 659.5
19    feet of Lots 5 and 6, in the Bernahard Engels Subdivision  of
20    the  West  1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 (except the Railroad) and
21    (except the  Southwest  1/4  of  the  Southeast  1/4  of  the
22    Northwest  1/4  of  Section  11, Township 36 North, Range 14,
23    East  of  the  Third  Principal  Meridian,  in  Cook  County,
24    Illinois.

25        (735 ILCS 5/7-103.140 new)
26        Sec.   7-103.140.   Quick-take;   Village   of    Dolton;
27    redevelopment  of  blighted  property. Quick-take proceedings
28    under Section 7-103 may be used for a period of 2 years after
29    the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 91st General
30    Assembly by the Village of Dolton for the acquisition of  the

 1    following  described  property  necessary  for the purpose of
 2    redeveloping blighted property:
 3        The South 1,824.28 feet of Block 101  and  the  East  325
 4    feet  of  Block 101, and the 9.555 acres known as parcel 002,
 5    and all of Lots 1 through 24 in Block 106, and Lots 1 through
 6    16 and lots 29 through 34 in Block 108, and all  of  Lots  13
 7    through  20  in  Block  107, all being in the East 1/2 of the
 8    Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, Township  36  North,  Range  14,
 9    East  of  the  Third  Principal  Meridian,  in  Cook  County,
10    Illinois.

12        Sec.    7-103.141.   Quick-take;   Village   of   Dolton;
13    redevelopment of blighted  property.  Quick-take  proceedings
14    under Section 7-103 may be used for a period of 2 years after
15    the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 91st General
16    Assembly  by the Village of Dolton for the acquisition of the
17    following described property necessary  for  the  purpose  of
18    redeveloping blighted property:
19        The  West  500 feet of the South 617.9 feet of Block 114,
20    and the North 480 feet to the Little Calumet River  in  Block
21    114  and  known as parcel 009 in the Riverview Subdivision of
22    the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 36 North, Range  14,
23    East  of  the  Third  Principal  Meridian,  in  Cook  County,
24    Illinois.

26        Sec.    7-103.142.   Quick-take;   Village   of   Dolton;
27    redevelopment of blighted  property.  Quick-take  proceedings
28    under Section 7-103 may be used for a period of 2 years after
29    the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 91st General
30    Assembly  by the Village of Dolton for the acquisition of the
31    following described property necessary  for  the  purpose  of
32    redeveloping  blighted property at the intersection of Sibley

 1    Boulevard (Illinois Route 83) and Interstate 94 (Bishop  Ford
 2    Expressway):
 3        The  West  1/2  of  the Southeast 1/4 of Block 425 in the
 4    Henning E.  Johnson's  First  Addition  To  the  Meadow  Lane
 5    Subdivision  in the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Southeast
 6    1/4 of Section 11, Township 36 North, Range 14,  and  all  of
 7    parcels   001   through  011  in  Block  425,  and  Diekman's
 8    Subdivision of Part of the Southeast 1/4 of  Section  11  and
 9    Part  of  the Northeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 36 North,
10    Range 14 in Block  401,  and  parcels  012  through  016  and
11    parcels 026, 027, 208, 005, 006, 007 through 010 in Block 404
12    in  the  Calumet  Woodlands  a subdivision of lots 6 and 7 in
13    Diekman's Subdivision in the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of
14    Section 11, Township 36 North, Range 14, East  of  the  Third
15    Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.

16        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
17    becoming law.
