COMMUNITY MNTL HLTH-OLMSTEAD                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Community Mental Health Act.  Requires  the  Secretary      
   of  Human  Services  to establish Olmstead mentally ill initiatives to      
   prevent and  correct  inappropriate  institutionalization  of  persons      
   needing mental health services.  Effective immediately.
