Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Election  Code.   On  the  ballot  form,   prohibits      
   positioning  the square or other area used for punching or marking the      
   ballot in any location other than at the beginning of and on the  same      
   line  as  the  name or bracketed names for which the square or area is      
   designated.
