PROCURE CD-COTRACTOR SUSPEND                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Procurement Code.  Provides that a contractor      
   may be suspended for a period of up to 10 years (now, for a period  of      
   up  to  5  years)  for violating the Code or for failure to conform to      
   specifications or terms of delivery.  Effective immediately.
