1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 155
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 155 as follows:
3 on page 2, by deleting lines 15 through 17; and
4 on page 3, by inserting between lines 12 and 13 the
5 following:
6 "(d) A person who is legally authorized to possess
7 hypodermic syringes or needles under the Hypodermic Syringes
8 and Needles Act.".
