1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 39
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 39, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 3, line 10, after the period, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "The lien may be foreclosed by an action brought in the name
7 of the judgment creditor or its assignee of record under
8 Article XV in the same manner as a mortgage of real
9 property.".
