2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 39 on page 2, line
3 33, before the period, by inserting the following:
4 ", except that the redemption period shall be 6 months from
5 the date of sale and the real estate homestead exemption
6 under Section 12-901 shall apply".
