1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5844
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 5844 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 27 through 30 with the following:
4 "that is accredited under any of the following: the
5 Comprehensive Accreditation Manual for Behavioral Health Care
6 (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare
7 Organizations (JCAHO)); the Comprehensive Accreditation
8 Manual"; and
9 on page 2, line 31, by changing "For" to "for"; and
10 on page 2, line 33, by changing "(COA)" to "(Council on
11 Accreditation for Children and Family Services (COA))"; and
12 on page 2, line 34, by changing "(CARF)" to "(the
13 Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission (CARF))"; and
14 on page 3, by replacing lines 4 and 5 with the following:
15 "under any of the following: the"; and
16 on page 3, line 7, by replacing "Accreditation Manual For"
17 with "Comprehensive Accreditation Manual for"; and
18 on page 3, by replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following:
19 "following: the Comprehensive Accreditation"; and
20 on page 3, line 17, after "the", by inserting
