92_HB5481 LRB9211743DJgc 1 AN ACT in relation to employment. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 5. The Minimum Wage Law is amended by changing 5 Section 13 as follows: 6 (820 ILCS 105/13) (from Ch. 48, par. 1013) 7 Sec. 13. Any standards relating to minimum wages, 8 maximum hours, overtime compensation or other working 9 conditions in effect under any other law of this State on the 10 effective date of this Act which are more favorable to 11 employees than those applicable to thosesuchemployees under 12 this Act or the regulations issued under this Acthereunder, 13 are not amended, rescinded, or otherwise affected by this Act 14 but continue in full force and effect and may be enforced as 15 provided by law unless and until they are specifically 16 superseded by standards more favorable to thosesuch17 employees by operation of or in accordance with regulations 18 issued under this Act. 19 (Source: P.A. 77-1451.)
