1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4096
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4096 as follows:
3 on page 6, line 7, by replacing "must immediately" with the
4 following:
5 "must conduct, 2 years after completion of the person's
6 sentence, a hearing to determine whether the person's records
7 are eligible for expungement under this subsection (c-6) and
8 may".
