1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3392
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3392 on page 1,
3 line 11, before the period, by inserting ", consisting of 16
4 members"; and
5 on page 2, by replacing line 3 with the following:
6 "(8) Two members representing private businesses,
7 one of the 2 representing the Business Leaders Network,";
8 and
9 on page 2, after line 4, by inserting the following:
10 "(9) One member representing the Illinois Network
11 of Centers for Independent Living, selected by the
12 Network.
13 (10) One member representing the Coalition of
14 Citizens with Disabilities in Illinois, selected by the
15 Coalition.
16 (11) One member representing People First of
17 Illinois, selected by that organization."; and
18 on page 2, line 32, after "rate", by inserting "of personal
19 assistants"; and
20 on page 3, after line 2, by inserting the following:
21 "(c) The task force shall report its findings and
22 recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly 6

1 months after the date that the task force is formed."; and
2 on page 3, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:
3 "(1) Conduct a longitudinal study of the outcomes
4 that secondary education programs have for students with
5 disabilities after exiting the secondary school
6 environment.".
