1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3210
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3210 as follows:
3 on page 1, by replacing lines 11 through 15 with the
4 following:
5 "(a-1) The total outside width of a recreational vehicle
6 as defined in Section 1-169 may exceed 8 feet 6 inches by up
7 to 6 inches on each side of the vehicle if the excess width
8 is attributable to appurtenances, including retracted awnings
9 and rear-view mirrors."; and
10 on page 7, by replacing line 33 with "(a-1) shall be
11 exclusive of energy-absorbing bumpers and rear-view
12 mirrors."; and
13 on page 8, by deleting lines 1 through 9.
