1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3128
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3128 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 20 with the following:
4 "Services) at the time of entry or modification"; and
5 on page 1, line 22, after the period, by inserting the
6 following:
7 "Failure of the obligor or obligee to file or update the
8 required information shall be punishable as in cases of
9 contempt. The failure shall not prevent the court from
10 entering or modifying the order for support, however."; and
11 on page 12, by replacing line 11 with the following:
12 "Services) at the time of entry or modification"; and
13 on page 12, line 13, after the period, by inserting the
14 following:
15 "Failure of the obligor or obligee to file or update the
16 required information shall be punishable as in cases of
17 contempt. The failure shall not prevent the court from
18 entering or modifying the order for support, however."; and
19 on page 16, by replacing line 8 with the following:
20 "Services) at the time of entry or modification"; and
21 on page 16, line 10, after the period, by inserting the
