2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3098 on page 2, by
3 inserting after line 1 the following:
4 "The provisions concerning availability of minutes of a
5 closed meeting contained in this Section do not supersede the
6 privacy or confidentiality provisions of State or federal
7 law.".
