Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.   Requires  the      
   Department  of  Public Health to award grants from appropriations from      
   the Tobacco Settlement Recovery  Fund  to  free  medical  clinics  for      
   health care services.
