Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Blighted Vacant Areas Development Act of 1949. Makes a      
   technical change in a Section concerning submission to the  Department      
   of Commerce and Community Affairs, by a private interest, of plans for      
   residential development of a blighted vacant area.
