BD H ED-UNIV FEE REFERENDUM                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Board of Higher Education Act to allow  the  Board  to      
   recommend to a public university that the university hold a referendum      
   on  whether  to  charge  a  new  noninstructional  fee  each  time the      
   university decides to charge a new noninstructional fee.
