1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1281
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1281 on page 1, in
3 line 5, by replacing "and 20" with "20, and 22"; and
4 on page 2, in line 7, by replacing "agricultural" with
5 "agriculture agricultural"; and
6 on page 2, in line 10, by replacing "Department" with
7 "department"; and
8 on page 4, in line 29, by replacing "To" with "Except as
9 otherwise allowed by the Director, to"; and
10 on page 9, in line 5, by replacing "A" with "Except as
11 otherwise allowed by the Director, a"; and
12 on page 10, in line 23, by replacing "exhibits and" with
13 "exhibits; and"; and
14 on page 11, in line 11, by inserting after "9" the following:
15 "; and for other expenses incurred by the fair that are
16 directly related to the operation of the fair and approved by
17 rule by the Department"; and
18 on page 11, in line 17, by inserting after "period," the
19 following:
20 "or as otherwise allowed by the Director,"; and

1 on page 12, by inserting below line 2 the following:
2 "(30 ILCS 120/22) (from Ch. 85, par. 672)
3 Sec. 22. No appropriation made under the provisions of
4 this Act shall be used for the payment of the salary of any
5 officer or employee of any fair.
