 3    on page 1, line 5, by deleting "changing Section 5 and"; and

 4    on page 1, by deleting lines 7 through 31; and

 5    by deleting pages 2 through 18; and

 6    on page 19, by deleting lines 1 through 12; and

 7    by deleting pages 20 through 22; and

 8    on page 23, by deleting lines 1 through 24; and

 9    on page 23, line 25, by replacing "Section 20" with  "Section
10    15"; and

11    on page 24, by deleting lines 8 through 32; and

12    by deleting pages 25 through 28; and

13    on page 29; by deleting lines 1 through 22; and

14    on page 30, by deleting lines 3, 6, 8, 9, and 10.
