1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1072
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1072 as follows:
3 on page 5, by deleting lines 21 and 22; and
4 on page 22, immediately below line 14, by inserting the
5 following:
6 "Section 90. In consideration of an intergovernmental
7 agreement between the Illinois Department of Transportation,
8 the city of Prospect Heights, the village of Wheeling and
9 Cook County, signed and executed on August 10, 1993, the
10 Secretary of the Department of Transportation is hereby
11 authorized to convey by quitclaim deed to the city of
12 Prospect Heights and the village of Wheeling as tenants in
13 common all right, title and interest in and to the following
14 described land in Cook County, Illinois:
15 Parcel No. 0ZZ0823:
16 Tract No. 11
17 Part of Section 11, 12, 13 and 14 in Township 42 North,
18 Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Cook
19 County, Illinois, said part being further described as
20 follows:
21 Commencing at the southeast corner of Section 11; thence
22 South 89 degrees 15 minutes 59 seconds East, 50.01 feet

15 Transportation.

12 the State of Illinois, the easement for highway purposes
13 acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released

17 Two tracts of land being a part of the Southeast Quarter
18 of Section 24, Township 21 North, Range 12 West of the
19 Second Principal Meridian, Vermilion County, Illinois,
20 also being a part of the original Chicago Wagon Road
21 right of way and part of S.B.I. Route 1 dedicated right
22 of way as shown recorded in Book 411, page 206 and Book
23 424, page 54 in the Vermilion County Recorder's Office,
24 said tracts are described as follows:

20 Transportation is authorized to convey by quit claim deed all
21 right, title and interest in and to the following described
22 land in Sangamon County, Illinois to the village of
23 Rochester.

25 A part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
26 and a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
27 Quarter of Section 16, Township 15 North, Range 4 West of
28 the Third Principal Meridian, Sangamon County, Illinois,
29 described as follows:
30 Commencing at the northeast corner of the Southeast
31 Quarter of said Section 16; thence along the north line
32 of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 16, North 89
33 degrees 18 minutes 47 seconds West, 749.65 feet to a

1 point on the southerly existing right of way line of the
2 former B & O Railroad, said point being the Point of
3 Beginning; thence along said southerly former Railroad
