2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 652, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, as follows:
5 on page 10, line 33, by deleting "disciplinary action,"; and
6 on page 29, line 14, after "principal", by inserting ",
7 within 15 days after the local school council's decision not
8 to renew the contract,"; and
9 on page 29, line 25, after "superintendent", by inserting ",
10 within 15 days after the local school council's decision to
11 renew the contract,"; and
12 on page 29, line 33, by deleting "timely"; and
13 on page 29, line 33, after "requests", by inserting ", within
14 14 days of receipt,"; and
15 on page 30, line 16, after the period, by inserting "The
16 hearing shall begin within 45 days after the initial request
17 for review. The hearing officer shall render a decision
18 within 45 days after the hearing begins."; and
19 on page 31, line 22, by replacing "within 30 days" with
20 "within 30 days"; and
