1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 591
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 591, by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "Section 5. The sum of $215,547,000, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Board of Trustees
6 of the State Universities Retirement System for the State's
7 contribution, as provided by law.
8 Section 10. The sum of $2,652,000, or so much thereof as
9 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
10 Fund to the State Universities Retirement System for transfer
11 to the Community College Health Insurance Security Fund as
12 the State's contribution for community college benefit
13 recipients' health benefits.
14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
15 1, 1999.".
