91_SB0591eng SB591 Engrossed LRB9101889EGfg 1 AN ACT regarding appropriations. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 5. The sum of $215,547,000, or so much thereof 5 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Board of Trustees 6 of the State Universities Retirement System for the State's 7 contribution, as provided by law. 8 Section 10. The sum of $2,652,000, or so much thereof as 9 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 10 Fund to the State Universities Retirement System for transfer 11 to the Community College Health Insurance Security Fund as 12 the State's contribution for community college benefit 13 recipients' health benefits. 14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 15 1, 1999.
