1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 585
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 585, by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "Section 5. The sum of $190,742,700, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University
7 for any expenditures or purposes authorized by law for the
8 fiscal year ending June 30, 2000.
9 Section 10. The sum of $28,000,000, or so much there of
10 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education
11 Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois
12 University for any expenditures or purposes authorized by law
13 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000.
14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
15 1, 1999.".
