The following named amounts, or so much 5 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects 6 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the 7 General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of Western 8 Illinois University to meet the ordinary and contingent 9 expenses of Western Illinois University for the fiscal year 10 ending June 30, 2000: 11 For Personal Services, including 12 payment to the University for 13 personal services costs incurred 14 during the fiscal year....................... $ 48,264,800 15 For State Contributions to 16 Social Security.............................. 150,000 17 For Contractual Services...................... 2,100,000 18 For Travel.................................... 120,000 19 For Commodities............................... 400,000 20 For Equipment and Library 21 Books........................................ 1,200,000 22 For Telecommunication 23 Services..................................... 160,000 24 For Operation of Automotive 25 Equipment.................................... 20,000 26 For Awards and Grants and 27 Matching Funds............................... 130,000 28 Total $52,544,800 29 Section 10.
