1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 147
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 147 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT concerning legislative commissions."; and
5 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
6 following:
7 "Section 5. The Legislative Commission Reorganization
8 Act of 1984 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:
9 (25 ILCS 130/1-1) (from Ch. 63, par. 1001-1)
10 Sec. 1-1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
11 Legislative Commission Reorganization Act of 1984.
