1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 79
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 79 on page 1, line
3 16 by inserting after "employer." the following:
4 ""Day labor" does not include labor or employment of a
5 professional or clerical nature."; and
6 on page 5, by replacing lines 9 through 14 with the
7 following:
8 "Section 50. Violations. The Department shall have the
9 authority".
