2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3428 on page 4, by
3 replacing line 20 with the following:
4 "eliminating from consideration, for assessment purposes, the
5 value added by the rehabilitation and limiting the total
6 valuation to the base year valuation as defined in subsection
7 (i) of Section 10-40. For all".
