The following named amounts, or so much 7 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects 8 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated for the 9 ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the 10 Governor: 11 EXECUTIVE OFFICE 12 Payable from the General Revenue Fund: 13 For Personal Services ........................ $ 6,986,100 14 For Employee Retirement Contributions 15 Paid by Employer ............................ 279,400 16 For State Contributions to State 17 Employees' Retirement System................. 684,600 18 For State Contributions to 19 Social Security.............................. 534,400 20 For Contractual Services...................... 766,100 21 For Travel.................................... 174,300 22 For Commodities............................... 82,000 -2- HDS91HB2478JLa104mm 1 For Printing.................................. 70,000 2 For Equipment................................. 25,000 3 For Electronic Data Processing................ 225,000 4 For Telecommunications Services............... 350,000 5 For Repairs and Maintenance................... 40,000 6 For Expenses Related to Ethnic Celebrations, 7 Special Receptions, and Other Events ........ 110,000 8 Total $10,326,900 9 Section 2. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as 10 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Governor's Grant 11 Fund to the Office of the Governor to be expended in 12 accordance with the terms and conditions upon which such 13 funds were received and in the exercise of the powers or 14 performance of the duties of the Office of the Governor. 15 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 16 July 1, 1999."
