The following named amounts, or so much 6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects 7 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated for the 8 ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the 9 Governor: 10 EXECUTIVE OFFICE 11 Payable from the General Revenue Fund: 12 For Personal Services ........................ $ 6,986,100 13 For Employee Retirement Contributions 14 Paid by Employer ............................ 279,400 15 For State Contributions to State 16 Employees' Retirement System................. 684,600 17 For State Contributions to 18 Social Security.............................. 534,400 19 For Contractual Services...................... 766,100 20 For Travel.................................... 174,300 21 For Commodities............................... 82,000 22 For Printing.................................. 70,000 23 For Equipment................................. 25,000 24 For Electronic Data Processing................ 225,000 25 For Telecommunications Services............... 350,000 26 For Repairs and Maintenance................... 40,000 27 For Expenses Related to Ethnic Celebrations, 28 Special Receptions, and Other Events ........ 110,000 29 Total $10,326,900 30 Section 2. The sum of $100,000, or so much thereof as HB2478 Engrossed -2- LRB9104402REcd 1 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Governor's Grant 2 Fund to the Office of the Governor to be expended in 3 accordance with the terms and conditions upon which such 4 funds were received and in the exercise of the powers or 5 performance of the duties of the Office of the Governor. 6 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 7 July 1, 1999.
