2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2085 on page 3,
3 line 17, after "Section.", by inserting the following:
4 "A violation of this subsection (d) is a petty offense
5 punishable by a fine of $25 for the first offense and $75 for
6 a second or subsequent offense within one year of the first
7 offense.".
