2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2013 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 21 through 23 with the following:
4 "who have completed the prior scholastic courses in the
5 university in which the eligible recipient is to enroll in a
6 Reserve Officer's Training Corps program.".
