91_HB1732enr HB1732 Enrolled LRB9104948SMdv 1 AN ACT to amend the Children's Health Insurance Program 2 Act by adding Section 22. 3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 4 represented in the General Assembly: 5 Section 5. The Children's Health Insurance Program Act 6 is amended by adding Section 22 as follows: 7 (215 ILCS 106/22 new) 8 Sec. 22. Enrollment sites. The Department shall develop 9 procedures to allow community providers and schools to assist 10 in enrolling children in the Program. 11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 12 becoming law.
